ARCHIPELAGO RESTAURANT
Costa Crociere

 

Archipelago is the new concept of Costa Crociere starred restaurants: a new design for a culinary proposal entrusted to three great international chefs, Bruno Barbieri, Hélène Darroze and Ángel León.
Tables  delimited by a copper structure that embraces the unique pieces of "driftwood", installations made of wood returned from the sea, become "culinary islands" in which to taste the typical foods of the cruise destination.
The driftwoods that decorate these islands have been recovered thanks to "Guardiani della Costa" program, an initiative to safeguard the Italian coasts promoted by Costa Crociere Foundation.
