Project created for the Food Design 4 competition, focused on the theme "New Forms of Food".
Fior di Grana is an oversized pencil made of Grana Padano cheese, crafted from defective cheese wheels that would otherwise go to waste. Vacuum-sealed and sold with a custom-designed sharpener, it allows users to "sharpen" cheese directly onto their dishes, turning a simple action into a playful and social experience. An object that promotes sharing and highlights creative reuse in food design.
